In 2021, we founded Wisconsin Pier & Dock Services with a simple goal: provide reliable, high-quality waterfront services that our customers can count on.

Today, we proudly serve homeowners throughout Southeastern Wisconsin with complete dock and boat lift solutions, including installation and removal, transportation, repairs and maintenance, storage, new dock and lift sales, boat lift motors, and specialized barge services.

While Wisconsin Pier & Dock Services was established in 2021, our experience on the water goes back even further. With over ten years of hands-on experience in the dock and lift industry, we bring the knowledge, equipment, and attention to detail needed to handle everything from routine seasonal service to larger waterfront projects.

We remain personally involved in the work we do. Whether we’re installing a new waterfront system, removing equipment for the season, making repairs, or tackling a challenging barge project, we take pride in doing the job safely, efficiently, and the right way.

And when lake season ends, our work doesn’t. During the winter months, we provide dependable snow removal and ice management services, helping keep driveways, sidewalks, and properties clear throughout Wisconsin winters.

Our Barge

Our 30-ft Aluminum Elite Industries fork barge is a heavy-duty work platform designed specifically for dock and lift installation. Built from lightweight, durable aluminum, it delivers exceptional stability, shallow-water capability, and strong lifting power for even the toughest waterfront jobs. The fork system allows us to move, position, and install lifts and dock sections with precision and efficiency, making it the perfect tool for professional, reliable service.

Spring installations book quickly—schedule early to get your preferred date. Fall removals should be booked before freezing conditions or early leaf drop to avoid scheduling delays.

Yes and no. We service aluminum and steel sectional, roll-in, and floating docks. *WE DO NOT SERVICE WOOD DOCKS*

We service manual and hydraulic lifts of all different brands and sizes. If you dont know what brand your dock or lift is, just send us a picture of it and we can identify it for you!

Early spring and fall appointments fill up quickly, so booking ahead is highly recommended.

Yes. We repair lifted or sunken sections, broken cables, bent frames, decking issues, winch failures, alignment problems, and more. We also offer part replacements and upgrades when needed.

Most new install jobs take 4-6 hours, depending on equipment size, lake depth, shoreline access, and weather conditions.

Most seasonal jobs take 30 minutes – 1 hour depending on conditions and size of the job.

No. As long as we have pictures and/or drawings of the layout you do not need to be home. We also will discuss all aspects of the project before we start it.  After the service is completed, pictures are sent to make sure everything looks up to satisfaction.

Absolutely. We can recommend systems based on your shoreline, lake depth, boat weight, and budget. We also install accessories like canopies, bumpers, solar lights, and ladders.

Yes. Our installations and removals are fully insured for on-water and shoreline work. You can hire us with confidence.
